Throughout our lives we travel through peaks and valleys, all of which finish with a rejuvenation phase. All energy is cyclical, therefore we must listen to the phases of our life energy. If we consistently ignore the rejuvenation phase in our energy patterns, discomfort and disharmony can result.
This meditation assists in the renewal and rejuvenation phase. The sun chakra is connected to our self identification in our current existence. Sun energy heals and purifies our bodies.
