This meditation uses low theta brainwaves which help induce deep relaxation and visualization. These brainwaves are known to occur during REM sleep. One 20 minute meditation in these brainwaves can have the effect of 2-3 hours of sleep.
Suggested Use: Excellent for deep relaxation or falling asleep. Metal sounds aid the lungs in oxygen extraction.
