Rays of Light meditation is focused on the third chakra to create an inner balance and strength from within. Sometimes it can be difficult to find the energy to move forward in life. This meditation provides fuel and momentum by combining the third chakra, Sun, and the Qi element Earth.
Additionally, a theta brainwave is used to make the meditation a visual experience. The sounds used already create visuals in the mind, but the addition of the theta brainwave will inspire a meditative and visual experience.
Visualizing personal power, self-esteem, and the ability to accomplish your goals will be relatively easier using this meditation. Empowerment is naturally attracted when balancing and activating your third chakra.
