This is a unique meditation in that it was inspired by a rock that is from the Anasazi area. The rock was gifted to my mother because it belonged to her in a past life. Physically, it looks like a human heart, and the picture for this meditation is of the actual rock.

Meditating in the presence of this rock proves to be very inspirational, and that is how this meditation was conceived.

It's tuned to the heart chakra which creates a deep relaxation and sedative effect. But, the meditation is rooted in the essence of Indian sounds and images.

A shamanic drum beat is kept throughout the entire meditation. This drum beat is synchronized to the beat of the theta binaural beat. Ancient shamanic traditions from all over the world would use instruments like drums to reproduce the theta wave effects. Theta waves are associated with visualizing and lucid dreaming.

Suggested Use: This meditation can be used for visualizing divine purpose, past life experiences, and answers to spiritual questions. The theta wave tuned to the heart chakra will create a deep relaxation to assist in the visualization.
