The Meditation pages list each track with its composition, discovered and traditional uses, plus suggested uses for meditating to the track.
Several elements are researched and assembled in unique combinations to create each meditation track. Each track may be made of a few or many of these different tones and rhythms. As you listen to the tracks you will find some of them are pleasing to you, or sympathetic to your vibration, and some are not.
This may give you a place to start with your discovery of meditation sounds that fit your needs. As you move on in your meditation journey, you will find that new sounds may be pleasing or sounds you have used no longer 'feel' right. Your vibrational level has changed and needs new tones and rythms.
Components listed for the tracks under the DNA Map may include:
- Focus: What is the intended use of this music for your meditation, for example visualization, better communication, healing of the throat area, may be associated with a track. The focus is determined by elements that follow.
- Brainwave: A rhythm that induces the brain into a specific meditative state. For example, theta brainwaves will induce visualization, while delta waves induce deep relaxation and sleep.
- Music Key: This may or may not be tied to the chakra and/or planetary connection. Generally a drone tone is chosen and that is the key of the composition.
- Chakra: One or several energy wheels related to yoga and energy healing traditions.
- Qi Element: One or several chinese elemental energy forces that include Wood, Water, Earth, Fire, and Metal.
- Planetary Connection: Specific frequencies that are tuned to planets, earth day, earth year, and our sun.
