Meditation Challenge (30 Days to Change Your Life)

The Challenge: Here’s your chance to make meditation a priority in your life, and to change in ways you never believed possible. We guarantee you will never be the same once you learn the power and joy of daily meditation.

We’re inviting you to a challenge. Meditate 20 minutes a day for 30 days straight. Kick the challenge off by using our free meditation “Inner Balance Meditation” (Get the meditation here). When you complete the challenge send an email and we will send you another meditation of your choice. Each day we will give you a focus to direct the meditation. Use it if it is helpful to you or follow your own inner guide if you are called to a different focus.

Find a quiet place where you will be undisturbed for twenty minutes. Sit in a comfortable position and find something to focus your mind - a candle, a mental image of a flower, a picture that creates peace - anything that does not start you thinking about daily tasks or busyness. Turn on the meditation music if you like, or simply sit in the quiet.

For today’s meditation, focus on being thankful. Use the words Thank You like a mantra - repeat it in your mind or out loud.
