Solar Empowerment Meditation Video
Taking lead from the last video, we created the next installment of the meditation videos. This one uses the Solar Empowerment meditation which is tuned to the Sun.
What does the meditation do?
From the Solar Empowerment text: “regaining or reinforcing balance into life. Helps with self-esteem and identity. Aids relief of anger, greed and shame. Can be used to help digestion organs.”
